KABUL and Turkey will be held in Ankara soon to discuss issues of mutual interest, the Presidential Palace said.
During a telephonic conversation, President Hamid Karzai and Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif agreed to hold the three-way talks on enhancing bilateral cooperation in Turkey.
Karzai and Sharif discussed ways of expediting the process of dialogue, a statement from the palace said. They hoped the meeting would resolve pressing issues facing the two countries.
The meeting, both leaders agreed, would be held in near future in Ankara. The statement, however, gave no details about the agenda.
