CHARIKAR (Pajhwok): Unidentified assailants have gunned down a schoolteacher in central Parwan province, officials said on Saturday.
Wali Shah was shot dead at his residence in Syed Khail district, the town’s administrative head, Inayat Safi, told Pajhwok Afghan News.
He said the teacher was posted in the Salang district. No one has claimed responsibility for the killing. Safi said investigations were underway.
Meanwhile, traffic accidents in the province have claimed three lives, including a child. Muhammad Younas Pardesi, traffic officer, two motorcyclists and a boy had died in different incidents.
