HERAT CITY (Pajhwok): Intelligence agencies of Pakistan and Iran have been relentlessly supporting militants in western Herat province, the police chief alleged on Sunday.
Citing intelligence reports, Gen. Samiullah Qatra told a press conference in the provincial capital, Herat City, that most militants moved between Iran and Afghanistan swiftly and without being restricted.
