KABUL (Pajhwok): The Independent Electoral Complaint Commission (IECC) on Sunday found votes of four ballot boxes valid out of a total 64 polling stations.
IECC spokesman Nadir Mohsini told reporters in Kabul that earlier the Independent Election Commission (IEC) found 64 ballot boxes as invalid.
After the complaint investigation, the votes of four ballot boxes had been declared valid, he added.
He said rests of ballot boxes had been found invalid because of some flaws. Some ballot boxes had been stuffed by influential, some missed signatures while rest had flawed marks.
Earlier, the Change and Continuity team had registered complaints about votes of 15 polling stations that were found invalid.
But the IECC chief Abdul Sattar Saadat said after a detailed investigation of complaints, the IECC had decided to declare votes of 60 polling stations invalid.
