CHARIKAR (Pajhwok): At least 12 people were injured in three different traffic accidents in central Parwan province, an official said on Wednesday.
Nine people were wounded when a passenger bus crashed into a car in the Tajikan locality of Jabalus Saraj district.
Separately, two people were injured when their car hit a power pylon in Pul Bacha area, Mihrabuddin Parwani, the traffic director, told Pajhwok Afghan News.
Elsewhere, one person was wounded as a result of a traffic accident in Hijan locality, said Parwani.
Dr. Mohammad Ishaq, a civil hospital doctor, said 12 wounded people had been brought to the hospital. Three of them are said to be in critical condition.
