MAHMOOD RAQI (Pajhwok): Five people, including three policemen, wounded in a blast that took place in front of the provincial police office in central Kapisa province on Thursday, police chief said.
Col. Khwaja Faqir Ahmad Saddiqui told Pajhwok Afghan News that the explosion occurred at 12:00 pm today. It was a remote-controlled blast and the explosives were attached to a motorbike, he added.
Qais Qadri, police spokesman, said the blast targeted the local police’s vehicle, which left three policemen and two shopkeepers injured.
