ASADABAD (Pajhwok): Seven civilians, including women and children, were killed and three others wounded as a result of roadside bombing in Narai district of eastern Kunar province on Sunday.
Abdul Ghani Musamim, the governor’s spokesman, told Pajhwok Afghan News that a vehicle carrying the civilians struck the in the Zangal Posh locality of the district.
He said three civilians were wounded in the explosion. He blamed militants for planting the roadside bombs, which caused casualties among civialians and security officials.
