KANDAHAR CITY (Pajhwok): National Directorate of Security (NDS commanders accused of target killings in southern Kandahar province.
Syed Ajan and Abdul Malik, who commanded a group of serial killers, were arrested in Khakrez district, a statement from the governor’s house said.
The detained commanders were the residents of Khakrez district and led several targeted attacks in the provinces, the statement said.
