KABUL commander Zahirullah known as Omar Bilal who was accused of killing five Afghan National Army (ANA) soldiers, was detained in special operation in eastern Kunar province, a statement from the spy network said on Tuesday.
A statement by the National Directorate of Security (NDS) said the detained militants’ commander had shot dead five ANA service members sometime back. It said the alleged killer was arrested in Manogay district of the province.
The commander confessed to committing the crime and he was being investigated, the statement concluded.
