TALUQAN (Pajhwok): A child was killed and three others from a same family wounded in a mine blast in the Chah Aab district of northern Takhar province, the district chief said on Thursday.
Saif-ud-Din Mushtaq told Pajhwok Afghan News that the children were playing with mines when it exploded with a big bang.
He said it was a planted bomb which caused casualties. Hissam u Din’s son was killed while two other sons and a daughter wounded in the blast.
