KABUL (Pajhwok): Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Abdullah Abdullah on Monday said the newly-appointed ministers were empowered to hire new staff if required.
Earlier, President Ashraf Ghani issued a decree, saying no acting minister or governor had the authority to hire or sack any official.
