PUL-I-KHUMRI (Pajhwok): The flood affected families of Pul-i-Khumri, the provincial capital of northern Baghlan province, spent last night under open sky and demanded the government to provide them with immediate aid. Heavy downpour and hail triggered flash floods that left four women and three children dead and five others wounded, director of Afghanistan Natural Disaster Management Authority (ANDMA) said.
