TALOQAN (Pajhwok): Officials on Saturday said 10 dead bodies of Afghan nationals had reached northeastern Takhar province from Iran in two days.
Of the 10 persons, seven had died in a traffic accident and the remaining three had been executed by Iranian authorities on charges of drug smuggling, the governor’s spokesman told Pajhwok Afghan News.
Sunattullah Taimur said human traffickers were taking the seven Afghans to Iran and were killed inside Iran after their vehicle crashed into another vehicle due to high speed.
