FIROZKOH (Pajhwok): Officials say militants attacked a village, leave two persons wounded and kidnapping five others after torching a number of houses and harvests in western Ghor province.
The incident took place in Nawi Apand village of Dawlatyar district on Monday night.
Mohammad Musa Kalim, the Dawlatyar district chief, told Pajhwok Afghan News that militants lobbed hand grenades into the houses of villagers which left a woman and 12 years old girl wounded.
