Afghanistan beat Maldives team in football match

KABUL) teams in Nepal, an official of the Afghanistan Football Federation (AFF) said on Thursday.

AFF spokesman Syed Ali Kazmi told Pajhwok Afghan News six teams were divided in two groups and Afghanistan had beaten Maldives in its group’s match.

Nepal, Bangladesh and Bhutan are in group-A while Afghanistan, India and Maldives are in Group-B. 

The spokesman said that Afghanistan routed Maldives with 4-2 goals in its first match.

Afghanistan will play its second match against Nepal tomorrow.
