The suspected insurgents were detained as a result of a raid in the Baghlan-i-Markazi district of Baghlan province, a statement from the intelligence agency said.
Rahim, Zabihullah, Habibullah and Faizullah from Mullah Khel village were involved in terrorist attacks, disruptive activities, planting landmines and issuing night letters in the province, the statement added.
