SHIBERGHAN (Pajhwok): “The government has no roadmap for achieving peace and has also failed to honour promises with reconciling militants as part of the peace process.”
This was echoed at a gathering marking World Peace Day in Shiberghan, the provincial capital of northern Jawzjan province.
Maulvi Abdul Hai Hayat, the provincial council head, told the gathering that as long as the government did not change its policies with regards to peace, war would not come to an end.
