KABUL (Pajhwok): President Ashraf Ghani on Monday said he had received complaints claiming Afghan security officials misbehaved with local people during their operations in northern Kunduz province, asking the forces to shun such behaviour.
During a video conference with commanders of military crops, brigades, provincial police chiefs and provincial National Directorate of Security (NDS) chiefs, President Ghani ordered them to encourage their forces towards good conduct during their operations, a statement from the Presidential Palace said.
