KABUL (Pajhwok): President Ashraf Ghani on Thursday evaluated the country’s civil and security situations and talked to local commanders through a video conference.
A statement from the Presidential Palace said President Ghani was briefed about the situations Kunduz, Badakhshan, Baghlan, Takhar and Faryab provinces by local officials.
It said the 201st Selab Military Corps commander shared his report about the security situation in the region encompassing seven north and northeastern provinces.
