SHARAN (Pajhwok): At least four civilians were killed and eight others injured in an explosion in the Zerok district of southeastern Paktika province on Saturday, a top provincial official said.
The blast took place before noon near the main district bazaar in the vicinity of the district headquarters, Governor Aminullah Shariq told Pajhwok Afghan News.
Youth and tribal elders were among the wounded, he said, blaming the enemies of Afghanistan -- for the inhuman act.
