KABUL (Pajhwok): The prices of petrol and sugar edged up and of other daily-use commodities stayed stable during the outgoing week in capital Kabul, market sources said on Thursday.
Obaidullah, a filling station worker in Qala-i-Fathullah, told Pajhwok Afghan News one liter of petrol’s rate jumped from 42 afghanis to 45 afghanis this week and the same amount of diesel remained unchanged at 41afs. He linked the hike in petrol price to a decrease in imports.
