KABUL (Pajhwok): The municipality department on Thursday conducted a cleanliness campaign to clean the central capital city, but no government officials turned up despite being invited.
The Kabul municipality said it had invited several government departments including the Presidential Palace to join the campaign that begun Thursday morning and ended at 4pm.
