QALAT (Pajhwok): Heavy clashes between different factions of the Talibanare underway in southern Zabul province, officials said on Wednesday.
Gul Islam Sial, the governor’s spokesman, told Pajhwok Afghan News the fighting was ongoing between the Taliban and Islamic State (IS) fighters in Khak-i-Afghan district.
