Local police mercilessly kill civilian in Ghazni (Video)

GHAZNI CITY (Pajhwok): Residents of Andar district of southern Ghazni province on Monday accused Afghan Local Police (ALP) personnel of what they said mercilessly killing a civilian.

The residents, who arrived in Ghazni City, the provincial capital, gathered in front of the Governor’s House.
