KHOST CITY (Pajhwok): A female member of the provincial council of southeastern Khost province has been disqualified and replaced by her runner up in the provincial council elections.
Khost Independent Election Commission head Abdul Rahman Mohabbat introduced the new provincial council member at a ceremony held in this regard here on Sunday.
He said the former female PC member Hakmina’s high school certificate had been found fake during an investigation by a committee appointed by the provincial IEC office.
