MAHMOOD RAQI (Pajhwok): Residents of insecure areas in central Kapisa province say they have lost family members, cattle and crops to insecurity.
Dozens of civilians suffered casualties during recent clashes between security forces and insurgents on the road between Ala Sai and Tagab district, they added.
A resident of Tetarkhel area of Tagab district, Hashmatullah, said the clashes had displaced a number of families and destroyed their houses.
He told Pajhwok Afghan News that about 30 civilians had suffered casualties during the violence in Tetarkhel and Shakot areas.
