KABUL (Pajhwok): India has assured it is committed to establishing an international cricket stadium in southern Kandahar province, tweeted Afghan Deputy Foreign Minister Hikmat Khalil Karzai on Saturday.
Karzai said he held talks with Indian Ambassador to Afghanistan Amar Sinha about the cricket stadium in Kandahar and the envoy assured him that India had not backed out on its promise and remained firmly committed to the stadium’s construction.
