SHARANA (Pajhwok): The attorney’s office head in southeastern Paktika province on Sunday said a member of the provincial council had been accused of possessing “fake academic documents.”
Attorney Asadullah Waziri told Pajhwok Afghan News that Hanifa Katawazai had allegedly made fake high school graduation certificate that she had submitted with her nomination papers to contest last year’s provincial council elections.
Waziri said in response to letters from the Attorney General Office and the Election Complaints Commission, the provincial attorney office had sent two letters to Katawazai to appear before the attorney office, but . . .
