KABUL (Pajhwok): The Ministry of Defense (MoD) on Friday said 35 militants have been killed and several others injured during joint operations by Afghan forces in Nangarhar, Ghazni and Maidan Wardak provinces.
A MoD statement received by Pajhwok Afghan News said the operations conducted over the past 24 hours involved personnel from the Afghan National Army (ANA) and other security forces.
The raids resulted in the killing of at least 35 militants and injuries to as many others and 10 more were detained, the statement said . . .
