KABUL (Pajhwok): The Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation (MoTCA) on Thursday said it was planning to get back on the road 600 puclic transport buses which had been parked due to technical problems, saying small private passenger vehicles had created traffic problems in capital Kabul.
MoTCA Minister Mohammadullah Batash said Kabul City did not lack transpor vehicles but the main problem was the absence of pubblic transport buses.
Speaking at a conference for Ministry of Finance officials, the transport minister said currently 612 public transport . . .
