KABUL or upper house of parliament on Sunday approved a draft law changing the legal status of four public enterprises into government companies.
The draft covering Baghlan Sugar enterprise, Helmand Construction enterprise, Spin Ghar enterprise and security enterprise has been prepared by the Cabinet ministers in 2014.
