KABUL (Pajhwok): The unity government leaders, condemning a deadly suicide attack in the capital of eastern Nangarhar province, on Sunday said the government would not talk peace with those killing civilians.
At least 11 civilians were killed and another 13 wounded in the suicide attack at the residence of a public representative in Jalalabad city.
