PESHAWAR (Pajhwok): A former governor for Afghanistan’s Herat and Kunar provinces has been kidnapped in Islamabad, a security official said on Saturday.
Syed Fazlullah Wahidi was kidnapped by unidentified gunmen in Islamabad, where had come along with his family to get visas for the United Kingdom.
