SHIBERGHAN (Pajhwok): A prisoner who put woman’s dress and makeup attempted to escape from the central jail in northern Jawzjan province, but failed, the prison’s commander said on Saturday.
Col. Dil Aqa Adil said Mohammad Nadir, who had been sentenced to 16 years in jail for links with Taliban’s check-point.
