SHARAN (Pajhwok): Telecommunications services could not be extended to some districts in southeastern Paktika province over the past 14 years, residents said on Monday.
Chamto Wazir, a resident of Barmal district, told Pajhwok Afghan News they faced multiple problems in the absence of telecom facility.
He said residents faced many problems, the non-availability of mobile networks was among the major one.
Wazir said local residents often asked elders to make their efforts at bringing telecom services so they could benefit from them.
