SHIBERGHAN (Pajhwok): The Taliban shot dead a woman on adultery charges in northern Jawzjan province, officials said on Sunday, but the militants rejected the charge as baseless.
A 20-year-old mother of two was shot dead on Saturday night in the Mimlik village of Faizabad district. The woman was accused by her in-laws of having adultery.
