MAIMANA (Pajhwok): A man has shot dead his mother and a sister in northern Faryab province, officials said on Monday.
Najmuddin, 30, gunned down his 55-year-old mother and 25-year-old sister in Yamblaq locality of the 9th municipal district of Maimana, the provincial capital, on Sunday night, crime branch chief Col. Sarbeland told Pajhwok Afghan News.
“ Najmuddin was a gangster and detective organs have been trying to find him,” he said, adding the incident occurred due to a family dispute.
Both of the victims had been shot in the head . . .
