JALALABD (Pajhwok): A female foreign employee of an Non-governmental Organization (NGO) has been kidnapped in eastern Nangarhar province, an official said on Thursday.
Attaullah Khogyani, the governor’s spokesman, told Pajhwok Afghan News the abducted employee had come from Kabul to Jalalabad, the provincial capital, and stayed at Spinghar Hotel.
He said the woman, without keeping the security officials in the loop, visited the local office in the 4th municipality district of Jalalabad late on Wednesday.
