BAMYAN CITY (Pajhwok): UN secretary general’s special representative for Afghanistan Nicholas Haysom on Monday said the quadrilateral talks had not failed and there was no option with the warring parties except peace in Afghanistan.
Haysom, who visited central Bamyan province, said his visit was aimed at assessing security issues and coordination between international donors and local administration.
