KABUL and Tajikistan on Tuesday signed an inter-governmental agreement on extradition, a Bishkek-based news agency reported.
The accord was inked between the neighbours after Tajikistan President Emomali Rahmon met his visiting Afghan counterpart Ashraf Ghani in Dushanbe, AKIpress said.
Rahmon and Ghani, who arrived in Dushanbe on a two-day visit, urged regional countries to pursue a unified strategy for security, taking into account the current political situation.
