KABUL and Saudi Arabia were in the interest of both countries.
A statement from the CEO’s office said Abdullah Abdullah met in Kabul with Saudi’s ambassador to Afghanistan Musfir bin Abdulrahman Ghasib.
The statement said the meeting discussed Afghanistan’s and the Islamic world’s situation and challenges the region currently faced.
Al-Ghasib pledged his country’s continued support to Afghanistan and said Riyadh was interested in expanding cooperation with Afghanistan.
