JALALABAD (Pajhwok): A former Afghan National Army (ANA) officer, who lost his legs in a bomb explosion, is now selling potatoes and other vegetables in Jalalabad, the capital of eastern Nangarhar province.
Riyatullah did his Masters at a military academy in former Czechoslovakia. He legs were blown off in an explosion in the mujahidin era. For the past 17 years, hehas been selling vegetable at a roadside stall.
