PUL-I-ALAM (Pajhwok): Taliban officials of the Charkh district against attending offices, an official said on Monday.
Provincial education department spokesman Mohammad Shah Pur Arab told Pajhwok Afghan News that the insurgents a day earlier banned all education officials from performing their duty, bringing to a halt their activities.
He said efforts through tribal elders had been launched to resolve the issue.
