PUL-I-KHUMRI (Pajhwok): One National Directorate of Security (NDS) employee was killed and another wounded in a clash with police in Pul-i-Khumri, the capital of northern Baghlan province, an official said.
Provincial Council member Ferozuddin Aimaq confirmed the NDS casualties resulting from the clash with police. He expressed concern over the incident, saying some individuals misused their powers and restored to violence.
