KUNDUZ CITY (Pajhwok): Ten abducted passengers have been released from the Taliban captivity in northern kunduz province, while 18 others were still in militant’s custody, head of the provincial council said on Sunday.
Mohammad Yosuf Ayubi told Pajhwok Afghan News the release was made possible through the help of local elders and the10 captive passengers were freed on Saturday.
