GHAZNI CITY (Pajhwok): Residents complain the security situation has recently deteriorated in most parts of southern Ghazni province, but the officials concerned reject the claim as groundless.
Mohammad Halim Rasouli, a tribal elder from Ghazni City, told Pajhwok Afghan News that insecurity had lately increased in most areas, including the provincial capital.
“Armed clashes between Taliban and the government have now become a daily occurrence in the districts. The situation has created psychological problems for the people, who suffer casualties daily,” he said.
