KABUL Mohammad Rasool has called the Islamic State or Daesh group as “fitna” and said the group’s activities are not acceptable.
The leader of his own faction, the High Council of Afghanistan Islamic Emirate, said in a message on the occasion of Eidul Fitr that a peaceful and joyful Eid would be when Afghanistan became independent and its people lived in peace.
