JALALABAD (Pajhwok): An Afghan National Army (ANA) soldier, who lost both eyes in the war, says he is unable to afford treatment for being poor.
The soldier, Bashir Ahmad, first lost one of his eyes during a fighting with militants and a month back, his second eye was damaged in a bomb explosion in a mosque in Rodat district of eastern Nangarhar province.
At least three people were killed and 79 others were wounded in the explosion during Friday prayers.
