KHOST CITY (Pajhwok): Twenty-two prisoners have been released and jail terms of several others reduced in the southeastern province of Khost in compliance with presidential decrees, the central jail’s commander said.
The prisoners were released from the central jail in Khost City, the provincial capital, in compliance with three presidential decrees number 24, 164 and 165, Col Awal Khan Safi, the jail’s in-charge, told Pajhwok Afghan News.
