One of the pilgrims died during Tawaf (the circling ritual of Hajj), a member of the ministry in Saudi Arabia told Pajhwok Afghan News.
The three others including two women from Nangarhar and Sar-i-Pul provinces died of different ailments, said the official, who did not want to be named.
About 24,000 Afghans are currently in Saudi Arabia to perform Hajj.
